ARCHIVED FROM HVPA MAIL LIST:
Farmers from Tooraweenah are seeking independent technical advice concerning the future of exploration for coal seam gas by Santos in their area. They sent recently a delegation to see Queensland gasfields. Now they are looking for an independent expert so that they are not dependent on information provided by Santos.

Good afternoon all

Just an article from our local paper two weeks ago following our QLD Trip.

Santos is pushing for another meeting in November in Tooraweenah after we canned the October meet. I don't think they realise that we will still be harvesting. Whenever we have this meeting (probably early December) I am trying to get notice of their agenda so we can have the appropriate people / experts to match Shaun Davidge (Hydrologist), Logan (Gunnedah Basin Business Director), and Co.
