This is a link to a recent article in the AFR which was highlighted on the HVPA Members mailing list .
The article describes the ugly realities facing the residents of our valley if AGL obtains their coal seam gas production license and starts to bulldoze their way into our backyards using police and courts.

Dear All,

The second of three very interesting articles in today's AFR.

The Coal Seam Gas industry belatedly comes to terms with the new reality. Though it's doubtful their shareholders have done the same.

Shouldn't these publicly listed companies be making statements to the ASX about the material change of circumstances they now find themselves in?
